7.1) Citizens of the village are hereby advised that informing to
a known assassin, one wearing the black of an assassin, that leads to the death
of a citizen shall be considered an informant and be liable for aiding in the
murder of a citizen of Rorus. Trial shall be set and conducted.

Penalty if found guilty of crime - The maximum
punishment shall be enslavement.
