Voting is to be done by the High Council. The meeting of the High Council takes place once a hand. On special occasions, the Free of the village is invited to vote. Each Free Person, of a Caste, is granted one vote. Structure of the voting process is as follows:
One vote for each of the following and hierarchy:
Ubar- Kerok Himura
Ubara- Syn Himura
Regent - William Strange
HoC Scribes- Nikki Beckenbauer Thalassa
HoC Physicians-Jerrod Moonwall
HoC Scarlets- Patrick Beckenbauer
HoC Builders- Rider Wisker
HoC Merchants- Trent Victus
HoC Slaver - Leel Chaffe
In the event that the Head of Caste is unable to attend the meeting, the vote of the given Caste will be submitted by the second in command of the respective Caste.
If a Caste is unrepresented, Head Merchant and Head Slaver will split a vote.
In the event the Ubar chooses to overrule a vote, the High Council may vote against. In this case, for the rule to take effect, ALL voters must vote unanimously.
